Compass Group USA's Chartwells Higher Ed division is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the Purchase College location (Starbucks). You will direct associates during a shift, ensure daily tasks meet policy, and maintain safety and quality.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, evaluating performance, handling time-off requests, mentoring, and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires prior customer service experience and leadership, with a fixed pay rate of $21 per hour.
