Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by the Food Service Director.
• Prepare entrees and menu items per established recipes.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment; perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage of dry goods and perishable products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
• Maintain daily production records and complete required documentation.
• Assist in cross training of employees.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
