Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Background check per law and policy.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and calls for service calmly and following campus protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, and exterior perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and access concerns, reporting observations to supervision.
• Document incidents and shift information accurately and communicate updates to site contacts.
