Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with driving record applicable to VWU guidelines (as per listing).
• Ability to walk continuously during an extended period of time; respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all federal, state, and campus laws and regulations.
• Patrol campus grounds, buildings and parking lots to prevent crime and ensure safety.
• Enforce campus parking and traffic regulations.
• Investigate crimes, accidents and complaints; prepare incident reports.
• Provide gatehouse duties including greeting arrivals and logging actions; monitor LiveSafe system.
• Provide first aid and arrange EMS transport when needed.
• Stay updated with all policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
