• Document and report all incidents and observations accurately.
• Perform foot patrols of the facility, including entrances and surrounding areas.
• Provide assistance and directions to employees and visitors in a professional manner.
• Identify and report safety risks such as fire hazards or unsafe conditions.
• Address minor disturbances calmly to maintain order.
• Collaborate with team members, site management, and emergency responders as needed.
