Job summary

Williston seeks a part-time security officer to support campus safety operations on the Easthampton campus. You will help students, staff and visitors, and contribute to a secure environment during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities include patrolling, documenting incidents, performing building checks and responding to emergencies. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Some law enforcement or security-related experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to cover various shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to complete background checks.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist students, staff and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Complete security and incident reports with accurate documentation.
• Patrol the campus to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Perform building security checks and control access as required.
• Respond to emergencies ranging from medical incidents to alarms and other crises.
