Job summary

Northeast State Community College's Police Department seeks a Security Officer to protect life and property across all campus sites. You will enforce College policies, conduct safety checks, prepare basic reports, and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years old.

Willingness to work varied shifts and multiple locations. Private/security or campus police experience and a second language are preferred.

• Willing to work different shifts, holidays, and multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Protect life and property at Northeast State Community College campuses.
• Enforce college policy and procedures.
• Conduct equipment, facility, and safety checks.
• Respond to incidents and document them with campus police and/or local law enforcement.
• Report incidents to campus police or local law enforcement.
• Operate and maintain police department equipment.
