Job summary

Soleil Academy Charter School in Lynwood, CA is seeking a Campus Monitor for the 2026-27 school year. The role focuses on campus safety, student supervision during non-instructional times, and support for teachers to foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the school campus and supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods to ensure safety and order.
• Enforce school rules and policies to ensure appropriate behavior and respectful interactions.
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or suspicious activities to administration.
• Assist with arrival and dismissal procedures, including bus supervision.
• Support teachers and staff in maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Provide guidance and support to students, including conflict resolution.
• Maintain records of incidents and report to officials, participate in trainings and meetings.
• Prepare for and participate in recruitment events and school activities.
