Job summary

SolveNow Inc. is seeking a Campus Refresh Technician in Orlando, FL to support our maintenance program.

You will join a collaborative team to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and lead a variety of tasks in preventive and corrective maintenance on water treatment plants and related facilities equipment. You will perform wall and drywall installation and demo, carpet replacement, VCT replacement, acoustical ceiling installation/demo and reconfiguration, painting, and woodworking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with possible vocational training
• Experience in drywall, wall installation, carpet replacement, acoustical ceilings, painting, and woodworking
• Proficiency with construction tools, equipment, and materials
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Physical stamina and lifting of heavy materials
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities and equipment
• Perform wall and drywall installation and demolition, carpet and VCT replacement
• Acoustical ceiling installation/demos and reconfiguration, painting, and woodworking
• Ensure high-quality finishes contributing to interior aesthetics and function
