Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Corporate Functions Campus Recruiter for North America to lead early careers recruitment, focusing on HR Analyst Development and Marketing Leadership programs. You will build diverse pipelines and partner with the Early Careers team to attract, select, and develop talent.

You will manage end-to-end processes, nurture relationships with university partners, and drive internship programs with a focus on conversion to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in corporate or campus settings.
• Strong ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process end-to-end and shape an effective strategy with stakeholders.
• Build and own relationships with business leaders and program teams for visibility on recruiting activity.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Marketing and Employer Brand to ensure a strong candidate experience.
