Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Campus Recruitment Associate to help shape the next generation of technologists. You will partner with campus teams, universities, and student groups to plan events, coordinate interviews, and promote Cognizant’s employer brand.

You will monitor recruitment metrics, support candidate journeys, and work with hiring stakeholders to deliver an inclusive, high-experience campus program in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, Business, or a similar field.
• Passionate about talent acquisition, relationship building, and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with an eagerness to learn.

About the role

As a Campus Recruitment Associate, you will make an impact by shaping Cognizant's future workforce, connecting with emerging talent, and driving impactful campus recruitment initiatives at a global technology leader committed to innovation and inclusion. You will be a valued member of the Campus Recruitment team and work collaboratively with campus recruiters, university partners, student organizations, and hiring stakeholders, supported by mentors invested in your career growth.

In this role, you will

Work model

What you need to have to be considered

• Prior HR or recruiting internship experience.
• Experience contributing to creative projects that strengthen an employer brand.
• Solid GenAI and Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

• The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $70,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
