  • Communicate with incoming summer and new associates regarding bar exam, start date, and relocation.

  • Partner with and act as a strategic advisor to key recruiting stakeholders to develop and implement campus recruiting strategies based on office hiring needs, market intelligence, and historical results.

  • Evaluate and improve full-cycle recruiting workflows and systems to increase efficiency and consistency.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive calendar of campus recruiting events, including information sessions, receptions, and other educational and networking opportunities.

  • Manage all aspects of the law student interview process, including application review, screening and callback interviews, and offer decisions.

  • Monitor interview activity, candidate progression, and hiring outcomes for the New York office and ensure a high-touch candidate experience throughout the interview process.

  • Manage all aspects of offer administration, including approvals, communications, follow-up, and response tracking.

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with law school career services professionals, student organizations, and other external partners.

Other
