Job summary

Qualified candidates need an associate degree in criminology or related field with at least five years in security or public safety, or a high school diploma with seven+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates hold an associate degree in criminology or related field with at least five years of public safety experience.
• Alternatively, a high school diploma with seven or more years in public safety, security, or law enforcement is accepted.
• Higher-level degrees may be considered in lieu of years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide escort services and basic public assistance on campus.
• Perform routine security and public safety patrol duties on Institute property.
• Remain alert to emergencies and provide first-line response, emergency management, or referrals as needed.
• Other duties as assigned to meet Institute business needs.
