Responsibilities

• Prepare food and alcohol for Poke’s Pub.
• Take customer orders and provide service in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized, safe storage of perishable and non-perishable items.
• Monitor temperatures per ServSafe guidelines.
• Open and close the dining shift; wear uniform daily.
• Stand for long periods and lift 30 lbs or more as needed.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs with management.
