Job summary

Collin College is seeking a campus provost to serve as the chief administrative officer for the campus(es) and centers. The role leads student access, success, campus culture, academic programming, advancement, and community engagement.

The provost will work with executive leadership to implement strategic plans, supervise deans and faculty, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and district policies. This is an on-site, senior leadership position at McKinney, TX.

Qualifications

• Requirements include a Doctoral degree from an accredited institution and five years of experience as a higher education executive administrator.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation, program compliance, and budget processes.
• Experience leading large-scale online or campus operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and help develop and implement strategic and master plans to fulfill the college's mission.
• Provide leadership for academic, workforce, and continuing education strategies aligned with campus goals.
• Oversee campus operations, including student success, campus culture, and community engagement.
• Guide deans, associate deans, directors, and faculty to ensure learning outcomes and student success.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align scheduling, facilities, and IT needs across campuses.
• Develop budgets and allocate resources to priority services for the campus.
