A leading college organization in Southern California seeks a Protestant Chaplain to serve its diverse community. The role includes providing spiritual leadership, facilitating dialogue among faiths, and supporting students through programming focused on worship and community engagement. This full-time position requires a master's degree and significant experience in ministry, alongside excellent interpersonal and teaching skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional ministry or leadership experience in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills including writing and grammar.
• Ordained and in good standing with a Protestant denomination.

Responsibilities

• Advise and provide spiritual leadership to Protestant student clubs.
• Develop and assess interfaith dialogue programs and community outreach.
• Organize and lead weekly worship services and spiritual observances.
