Job summary

Booster Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist to be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses.

You’ll work with a supportive team to help schools reach fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is ideal for someone early in their career.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with students, faculty and staff through written and verbal channels.
• Demonstrates optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when engaging with clients and team.
• Shows a continual desire to learn and grow professionally and personally.
• Uses sound judgment and emotional intelligence in day-to-day interactions.

Responsibilities

• Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students.
• Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser.
• Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators
• Model Fitness, Leadership, and Character as part of a team
