Booster is a mission-driven school fundraising company partnering with thousands of schools to fundraise and develop virtuous leaders. The Raleigh Program Leader will oversee on-campus programs, lead events, and manage a team to deliver exceptional experiences for schools and students.

In this role, you will engage with students, faculty, and staff, ensure safety and logistics, and maintain high service standards.

• Program Leadership: manage day-to-day operations, communications, and events on campus.
• Event Management: lead high-energy experiences, coordinate logistics and safety.
• Team Leadership: guide campus teams with delegation, feedback, and clear instructions.
• Student Engagement: motivate and create engaging experiences for students.
• Client Care: build trust with clients through excellent service and communication.
