Qualifications

• Master’s in educational administration is required.
• Texas principal certificate or eligibility is required.
• TTESS appraiser certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• 3–5 years classroom teaching experience.
• 3–5 years instructional leadership experience (asst. principal, coach, coordinator, etc.).

• Provide strong instructional leadership to improve student achievement.
• Establish a positive school culture and measurable progress through data-informed decisions.
• Lead and support staff with professional development and evaluation to sustain high performance.
