Responsibilities

• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways, including trash collection.
• Assist with furniture placement in common areas and individual units.
• Remove snow and spread salt during bad weather.
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks as directed.
