Qualifications

• At least one-year experience as a full time commissioned police officer.
• May be required to successfully complete a polygraph interview, a criminal background check, and a drug use analysis.

Responsibilities

• To enforce the law, provide service, information and aid to all citizens, prevent crime and arrest offenders when authorized by law.
• Investigate criminal offenses, locate missing persons and enforce traffic laws.
• Prepare reports and provide testimony in court as needed.
• Protect the safety of students, employees, visitors, and university property.
