Qualifications

• 3-5 years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience desired.
• Understanding of CAD drafting and blueprints.
• Operational knowledge of HVAC and Chiller equipment desired.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing items such as faucets, toilets, and showers.
• Operate, maintain, and repair campus low pressure boilers.
• Coordinate plumbing activities with other trades and contractors.

Skills

Education

Journeyman 1 and 2 oils license
