Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders, delivering items efficiently.
• Deliver food promptly, maintain sanitation, and assist guests with requests.
• Advise on menu items and allergens, accommodating dietary needs.
• Coordinate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate orders.
• Handle tickets and cash following proper procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining area and set up before/after service.
• Address guest concerns and relay feedback to supervisors.
