Job summary

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking an Operating Engineer responsible for operating and maintaining all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on campus. Qualifications

• Minimum class 4 City of Pittsburgh Power Engineers License or equivalent NIULPE.
• Universal CFC Certification preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience monitoring and operating building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance duties as directed.
• Monitor and operate building automation system hardware, software, sensors, and components.
