Candidates will lead spiritual development, recruit and train leaders, and perform direct ministry tasks. Proven relational and communication skills are essential, as well as a commitment to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Candidates should be pursuing a college degree and demonstrate an ability to cultivate relationships with students and adults alike.

Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan for spiritual life.
• Lead teams in spiritual development.
• Raise financial support and maintain donor communication.
• Conduct a Young Life club and discipleship ministry.
• Assist in office administration as needed.
