Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in theology, pastoral ministry or a related field.
• Five years of experience in program management.
• Background screening required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Peer Ministry program with 5-6 peer ministers.
• Provide outreach and pastoral support to students as needed.
• Lead the Tommie Catholic initiative.
• Supervise contracted Jewish and Muslim chaplains.
• Partner with UST offices and Affiliate Ministries to foster spiritual programming.
