Job summary

InterVarsity Press in Florida is seeking a Campus Staff Minister to lead graduate and faculty ministry on college campuses. This full-time role focuses on spiritual growth, campus leadership, and missional development.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree for four-year campuses or an associate’s for two-year campuses, plus strong interpersonal and communication skills to build witnessing communities. Pay ranges from $44,016 to $58,680 annually with donor funding.

Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Statement of Agreement (Doctrinal Basis and Purpose Statement).
• Abide by InterVarsity’s Code of Conduct.
• Believe and behave consonantly with InterVarsity’s Human Sexuality Theological Paper.
• Affirm and behave consonantly with InterVarsity’s Women in Ministry Statement of Aff.
• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus.
• A minimum of an Associate’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or a community college
• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software

Responsibilities

• Pursue spiritual growth and disciple development through Scripture, prayer, and worship.
• Grow witnessing communities and campus influence through visionary leadership and program alignment.
• Lead and develop campus ministry teams, setting annual goals and measuring conversions and leadership growth.
• Build collaboration with nationwide InterVarsity staff and partners to strengthen ministry.
