InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in Alabama is seeking a part-time intern focused on learning the basics of college campus ministry. This program is limited to students enrolled in a four-year or community college, with varying eligibility by year.

The role develops leadership, spiritual disciplines, and ministry experience while supporting campus ministry teams. The position is funded through personal fundraising, with a pay range of $31,320.00 to $41,772.00 per year.

• Demonstrates campus ministry leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Participate with campus ministry team to cast spiritual vision and direction.
• Contribute to plans for spiritual growth and transformation on campus.
• Teach students to love, study, and apply Scripture.
• Promote the Mission on campus and witness to the university.
• Proclaim and demonstrate the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Engage with supervision and training from staff ministry.
