Job summary

Young Life Incorporated is seeking staff to support college-town ministry near the foothills. You will engage in spiritual development, lead clubs, and train volunteer leaders while living out the organization’s Christian mission.

Core training and field ministry will develop your ability to facilitate ministry, recruit volunteers, and expand outreach across schools and communities. The role emphasizes service, teamwork, and faith-based leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct ministry.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead spiritual development and teams within Young Life ministry.
• Recruit and train leaders to build a ministry team.
• Plan and execute ministry strategy with area leadership.
• Lead clubs and Campaigners, and support camping ministry.
