Job summary

Sodexo invites you to join as a Campus Marketing Intern at the University of South Carolina Upstate. This part-time role offers hands-on learning across operations, marketing, and guest relations in a large campus environment.

You will rotate through duties such as event prep, inventory, data entry, and service support while developing professional skills in hospitality, facilities management, and food service.

Qualifications

• Pursuit of a college degree.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in hospitality, food service, facility management, or event management.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations by assisting frontline teams in food service and facility tasks.
• Learn and follow department guidelines, operating procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform daily tasks and special projects including event preparation and service support.
• Assist with inventory, data entry, filing, reporting, and updating documentation as needed.
• May be part of a formal Sodexo internship program.
• Significant walking or other means of mobility.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions.
• Sit, walk, stand, bend, twist as needed.
• Attends shifts on time with regular reliability.
• Other duties may be assigned per account needs.
