Job summary

SPX Technologies is opening a new campus facility and seeks an Assembly Manager to oversee manufacturing operations at the site, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met. The role requires leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment and partnering with HR for hiring and training.

You will learn and grow within a campus setting that brings Marley and Ingenia Technologies together to drive safe, efficient production across two brands on one site.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes including assembly, welding/machining, quality control.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality, and safety.
• Lead and develop the manufacturing team, manage onboarding and training.
• Coordinate with production planning and logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Maintain ERP-based reporting and records.
