Mercer University on the Macon campus seeks a Campus Life Student Assistant to help manage the Campus Life Suite after hours, ensuring a welcoming space for students. You may assist at events like Family Weekend and perform equipment checks while keeping thorough notes for staff.

Qualifications

• Must have work study eligibility.
• Shifts are a minimum of two hours.
• Bring a charged and working tablet or laptop to every shift.

Responsibilities

• Answering guests questions and directing them as needed.
• Ensure the Campus Life space is safe, welcoming and well-maintained.
• Check equipment in and out at shift start/end.
• Answer the Campus Life main phone line and relay messages as needed.
• Conduct daily building walkthroughs of Connell Student Center.
• Maintain detailed notes of questions and incidents for Campus Life staff.
