Job summary

Youth For Christ USA Inc. is seeking a Campus Life Specialist who combines spiritual leadership with strong organizational and communication skills.

You will build a team of volunteer leaders, connect local churches to the ministry site, and develop relational ministry actions to reach Authentic Christ-sharing relationships with young people within YFC’s ministry model. You will train leaders, align curriculum, and report progress to YFC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three years of ministry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and maintain volunteer ministry leader team.
• Create a strong connection between local churches and the ministry site.
• Provide training materials and ministry site standards for ministry leaders.
• Be an advocate in the community for young people.
• Report progress and ministry updates to YFC.
• Manage, facilitate and serve in the Relational Ministry Actions (RMAs).
• Direct the 3 Story Team at their site in accomplishing RMAs standards.
• Establish and develop programming materials.
• Train and evaluate ministry site leaders in curriculum implementation.
• Seek God’s guidance and wisdom through prayer and meditation.
• Participate and lead regular times of prayer, devotion and worship.
• Teach and preach from the Holy Bible at staff meetings, conferences, camps and events.
• Model empathy, humility and care for all people, promoting equity and inclusion.
