Job summary

American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant at University College Prairie View IV to support leasing and resident services. You will conduct tours, process inquiries, and help manage Move-In/Move-Out activities while upholding ACC standards.

Applicants must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salesforce experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree or certificate program.
• Experience in customer service and leasing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible office/on-call shifts.
• Proficiency with basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing tours and respond to inquiries.
• Enter prospective resident data into Salesforce promptly.
• Assist in orientation marketing, housing fairs, open houses, events.
• Participate in Turn, Move-In, Move-Out processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and report safety concerns.
