Job summary

The role requires a valid Texas teaching certificate, at least five years of classroom teaching, and five years in instructional leadership across multiple levels.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas teaching certificate required.
• Five years of teaching experience required.
• Five years of instructional leadership experience required across multiple levels.
• Deep knowledge of TEKS and curriculum instruction.
• Ability to lead coaching and staff development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist principals in developing and using information systems to track campus performance and academic indicators.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate TEKS-based instructional programs with teachers and principals.
• Lead coaching team and align teacher coaching with high-leverage actions.
• Conduct observations, provide diagnostic feedback, and support growth.
• Lead professional learning communities and document outcomes.
• Collaborate to revise curriculum documents based on data analysis.
