Pay Rate/Range: The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $90,000.00/yr to $100,000.00/year. The full salary range for this position is $83,165.04/yr to $150,565.68/year.

Brief Summary of Job Duties:
Under direction of the Industrial Safety and Hygiene Services Manager, develops, supports implementation of, and identifies needs related to the campus Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) to help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and campus and UC policies. Additional areas of responsibility include developing and implementing effective campus-wide systems for injury reduction, safety communication, training, risk-based inspections and compliance oversight , hazard assessment and control, and incident investigation. Performs compliance audits, inspections, and injury investigations, generates reports and corrective actions, provides IIPP program training and assistance, and monitors campus injury trends. Obtains and maintains certifications necessary for program implementation and oversight.
