Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in HVAC, electrical, or commercial facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC equipment.
• Monitor and maintain Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Diagnose and repair HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on major repairs and equipment replacements.
• Assist with a variety of campus maintenance needs including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep.
• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown of school events and campus functions.
• Follow OSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and school safety policies.
