University Health Services (UHS) at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced campus clinic. You will perform assessments, administer medications, assist physicians during exams, and educate patients according to care plans.

Ideal candidates have LPN licensure in Oklahoma, CPR certification, and a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience with opportunities to grow professionally

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical degree required or conferred by start date.
• LPN licensure and CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Contribute to assessment of patient needs by gathering health information and documenting findings.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Deliver medications, injections, wound care as ordered.
• Provide patient education on medications, treatments, self-care, and follow-up instructions.
• Recognize and respond to medical emergencies including CPR/BLS and AED as trained.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and providers to ensure continuity of care.
