Qualifications

• Minimum one credential from approved categories: degree in Kinesiology or related field, or a nationally recognized Group Exercise Instructor certification, or a certified training from a nationally recognized certifying agency.

Responsibilities

• Instruct live fitness or mindfulness classes for groups of 3+ people.
• Record fitness/mindfulness videos if requested by supervisor.
• Conduct one-on-one private lessons as needed.
• Select music matching class type and rhythm.
• Plan safe, engaging routines for all fitness levels.
• Promote proper form and body alignment.
• Educate participants on intensity options for movements.
• Promote SRC programs and events in class announcements.
