Qualifications

• Must be able to operate power tools and large landscape machinery.
• Must be able to perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Must understand and follow specific oral and written instructions.
• Must perform heavy manual labor for extended periods, often in adverse weather; work at heights up to 65 feet.

Responsibilities

• Physically demanding lawn care: mowing, edging, trimming, maintaining lawns and flower beds.
• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, tractors, and related tools; perform basic maintenance and inspections.
• Prune shrubs, remove debris, assist irrigation repairs and watering schedules.
• Assist with building or property maintenance as needed.
• Set up and break down tables, chairs, tents, barricades, and signage for campus events.
