Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine groundskeeping, minor electrical and mechanical tasks, and general upkeep across multiple facilities in South Florida.

The role requires a valid Florida driver license with clean record and hands-on experience in a hospital environment. You will handle tasks from trash removal and lawn care to painting, signage installation, and basic repairs, contributing to a safe and well-maintained campus for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Two to three years general maintenance mechanic experience including basic electrical and mechanical work.
• License/Registration: Florida Driver License with no more than 4 points.

Responsibilities

• Empties all trash cans as scheduled.
• Maintains grounds clean as scheduled.
• Powers, washes and removes gum from entrances as scheduled.
• Blows parking structure and parking lots as scheduled.
• Sweeps and cleans as needed.
• Digs trenches on holes for piping, sprinkler heads, plants, etc.
