Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is seeking a Graphic Design Intern in Moscow, Idaho to support the Marketing Manager by designing and editing marketing materials, presentations, and newsletters for the University of Idaho dining program.

You will spearhead various projects, request assignments to expand your knowledge, and gain hands-on experience in marketing. This paid internship emphasizes growth, learning, and real-world impact while aligning with campus initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Customer service experience/knowledge.
• Previous graphic design experience.
• Good to better interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Prior marketing related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing marketing pieces for promotions and events.
• Assist with Dine on Campus.
• Assist in social media graphic development.
• Act as a brand representative.
• Conduct marketing audits.
• Work with other dining interns on various projects.
• Assist in developing client newsletters and communications.
• Manage signage in multiple locations.
• Assist with the creation of concepts, campaigns, and imagery to effectively communicate messages to the target market.
• Assist in managing website and social networking profile content.
• Attend meetings or other events as required.
