Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen work areas and sanitize utensils and equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors to meet safety standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, and prep surfaces.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
• Assist with setup for events and front-of-house areas.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering supplies.
