• Maintain weekly inventory records.
• Prepare orders to ensure accurate production.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate employees; promote growth.
• Maintain a safe workplace and correct safety hazards.
• Train staff and mentor others in food service skills.
• Maintain maintenance logs and equipment checks.
• Complete food safety/temperature logs with corrective actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks and recommend equipment replacements.
• Handle occasional night/weekend catered events and meetings.
• Communicate effectively with staff via office systems.
• Potentially perform cashier duties as needed.
