Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare daily reports that verify transactions.
• Understand what is included in a meal and ensure accurate portions.
• Ensure proper storage of food in a sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules and department policies.
• Operate and care for kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Prepare a variety of items timely, including beverages.
• Add garnishments to enhance customer happiness and eye appeal.
• Coordinate and assist in cleaning refrigerators, freezers and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and uniform policy.
• Communicate with the Manager daily to plan the menu.
• Maintain a clean and organized work and storage area.
