Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for customers.
• Provide guidance and responses to customer inquiries; redirect or Upscale when necessary.
• Respond to complaints or issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of University policies, procedures, and practices to answer routine inquiries or solve routine problems.
• Operate equipment and/or computer systems within unit or department, including point of sale (POS) systems.
• Receive payments and issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers.
• Assist in the promotion of products and/or services to internal and external customers.
• Report equipment malfunctions and repair needs as necessary.
