Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food.
• Performs prep work like washing, peeling, cutting produce.
• Weighs and measures ingredients as needed.
• Carries pans and trays safely between stations.
• Stores food with proper dating and rotation.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Ensures proper serving temperatures and portion control.
• Assists customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
