Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Food Prep Helper at Concordia University Wisconsin. You will assist in preparing and serving both hot and cold items, keep all work areas clean, and provide welcoming customer service to students and staff.

Monday through Friday weekday afternoon/evening shifts with full-time employment and competitive pay. You will read recipes, follow directions, sanitize stations, and may perform basic cooking tasks such as preparing vegetables or chicken for salads.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of related experience preferred
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and focused on a safe working environment

Responsibilities

• Reads recipes and assists in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods using a variety of kitchen utensils/equipment
• Clean and sanitize work stations and production equipment
• May have basic cooking responsibilities, e.g., cook vegetables, chicken for salads
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
