Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Chartwells Higher Ed at IUPUI is hiring for full-time FOOD TRANSPORTER/DELIVERY DRIVER roles. The position is based at 420 University Blvd, Suite 120, Indianapolis, IN 46202, with a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

Prior transportation experience is preferred and a valid state driver’s license plus a food handler’s permit where required are required. Free meal and free parking are offered as perks.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license and a valid food handler’s permit where required.
• Prior transportation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food, supplies and other products to units using a vehicle.
• Loads orders onto truck and unloads at delivery site.
• Follows sanitation and safety guidelines for food and equipment.
• Provides quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Performs routine maintenance on truck and maintains vehicle cleanliness.
