Job summary

Auburn University’s Office of Enrollment Management is expanding its Financial Aid & Scholarships team, creating a Training & Compliance Specialist role to build a knowledgeable, consistent, and well‑prepared staff. You will develop and deliver training, resources, and tools on federal and institutional aid policies, systems, and compliance, and partner with leaders across campus.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in training coordination or equivalent.
• Experience in financial aid administration or higher education operations.
• Strong communication and ability to translate complex guidelines into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs for staff on aid procedures, systems, and compliance.
• Creates and maintains centralized training materials and resources aligned with processes.
• Partners with leaders and staff to translate policy changes into training content and demonstrations.
• Serves as primary training resource for campus partners and provides one-on-one coaching.
• Maintains training schedules, evaluations, and feedback to support continuous improvement.
